The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is devoted exclusively to professional education in food, wine, and hospitality. Our historic landmark building, the former Christian Brothers Winery, with its grand cathedral ceilings, massive hand-cut stone walls and antiquities, makes Greystone the ideal venue for your corporate event.
Whether you are interested in continental breakfast with your colleagues prior to your meeting or a seven course tasting menu for your top clients, our culinary team will custom design a menu unique to your event with the culinary finesse that only the CIA can offer. Our special events team will make sure that each detail of your program is adressed.
The facility fee includes your event space rental, event coordination, premium linens and serviceware, setup and breakdown, 60-inch round tables, chairs, and printed menus at each place setting.
