Accelerated Culinary Arts Certificate Program (ACAP)
Open up a whole new world of career opportunity by adding culinary arts knowledge to your résumé. The ACAP is designed to provide graduates of bachelor’s degree programs in hospitality management, food science, nutrition, and related fields with a hands-on understanding of the professional kitchen.
You’ll build knife skills, learn cooking principles and flavor strategies, prepare world cuisines, and even explore baking and pastry and wine. When you graduate from the ACAP, you’ll have a broad set of marketable skills that will perfectly complement your current education and experience—and prepare you for a leadership role in foodservice and hospitality.
Accelerated Wine and Beverage Certificate Program (AWBP)
Set yourself apart in the eyes of employers with specialized expertise in wine and beverage management. Designed for graduates of hospitality management and culinary arts management degree programs—as well as others with qualified industry experience—the AWBP takes a multi-sensory approach to the study of wines, spirits, and specialty beverages.
Beyond knowing how to expertly pair beverages with world cuisines, as an AWBP graduate you will understand how to maximize the guest experience and be prepared to make an immediate impact on the profitability of any foodservice employer’s business.
