Along with meals covered by the board fee, the college offers students the option of purchasing Culinary Cash. The Culinary Cash program gives students the convenience, flexibility, and security of cash-free transactions by enabling them to use their CIA Student ID like a debit card at selected sites on campus. Participating locations include the Apple Pie Bakery Café, Courtside Café, American Bounty Restaurant, Escoffier Restaurant, Ristorante Caterina de' Medici, and St. Andrew's Café. Culinary Cash can also be used to buy tickets from the Student Activities Office.
