The CIA’s Student Complaint/Grievance Procedure is as follows:
You may file complaints in writing, which will be documented and investigated; findings and recommendations will be acted upon and filed by one or more of the following officials depending on the nature of the complaint and the procedures of each office.

Colleges accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Career Schools and Colleges of Technology must have a procedure and operational plan for handling student complaints. If you do not feel that the college has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, you may consider contacting the Accrediting Commission.
