CAMPUS LIFE

Enjoy a Vibrant Campus Life at the CIA

When you arrive on the CIA campus, you'll find that there's a whole lot going on here. It's not only a great place to learn; it's a great place to live. There are a variety of facilities, activities, and events at and around the college that make campus life so exciting and fun.

Student Housing — There's no better place to relax than your room, and our residence halls and lodges provide all the warmth and comfort you need to kick back after a long day in the kitchens or bakeshops.

Student Activities — Whether it's athletics and fitness in the Student Recreation Center, entertainment out on the Courtside Café deck, various college-sponsored trips or intercollegiate athletics, the CIA offers plenty of opportunities for you to live campus life to the fullest.

Student Clubs — These campus organizations are great ways for you to connect with people of similar interests in active, social settings.

Location, Location, Location — It's all here: noted Dutchess County orchards and farms, a number of awesome art exhibits and galleries, a bevy of outdoor activities, shopping and theater, and close proximity to New York City.

These are just a few of the features that make up campus life at The Culinary Institute of America—an experience students look back on fondly long after they’ve graduated.
