Welcome,

Please take a moment and look over all The Culinary Institute of America has to offer our international students. We are close to New York City where you can experience everything the "Big Apple" has to offer, including world-class restaurants, Broadway shows, and chic boutiques.  What’s more, there’s no place in the world where you will find more people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

The CIA is located along the Hudson River in the scenic Hudson Valley. Here you will find wineries, locally owned farms, CIA alumni-owned restaurants, as well as American history including the FDR Library, Vanderbilt mansion, and so much more.

There are 150 international students on our campus from 31 countries. Come and experience the CIA’s world-renowned chefs, diverse student body, challenging curriculum and dynamic student environment.  I look forward to meeting you.
