Hi, my name is Nicole and I am a 21 year old student from Jackson, NJ. I am currently halfway through the Bachelor's program and will be graduating in November 2008. I recently returned from my Food and Wine Seminar in Italty. We traveled from Venice to Naples over a three week period and I was able to experience the cutlure and flavors of Italy.

My love for baking and pastry arts began as a young child in my grandparent's kitchen. Once I entered high school I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in the industry and spent two years attending a local vocational school. Through my vocational school experience I was able to visit and research many different culinary colleges. But once I stepped onto the CIA campus I knew it was the place I was meant to be.
