Hi, my name is Jaimie and I am a 20 year old student from Marlborough, MA. I am currently enrolled in the A.O.S program for Baking and Pastry Arts.

I first found my love for food as a child while watching my mother and aunt prepare foods for the family during holidays and other special events, but it wasn't until my experience in the Culinary Arts program at my high school when I first realized that I wanted to pursue it as a career.

I acted on my interests and explored every option that I had for culinary schools. As soon as I found myself on campus, I knew that there was something different, something special about this school. I felt like I could be myself, and I have never felt out of place here. Every experience I have has helped me grow and learn, and I know that I will continue to grow and learn. I am sure that I could not have had a better experience anywhere else.
