
Hi, my name is Ben and I am a 21-year-old student from Charlotte, North Carolina. In June of 2008 after completing my associate degree in Culinary Arts, I started working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management. My time at the CIA has been filled with so many great experiences.
During the summer of 2006, I had the opportunity to work as an extern at The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. Most recently, I completed my Food and Wine Seminar where I spent four weeks in northern California visiting farms, wineries and restaurants.
As a student you learn why the CIA has such a great reputation. Everyday you are surrounded by a community of fellow students and chefs who are all passionate about food. The CIA is a great place to earn a culinary degree.
