Associate in Occupational Studies (AOS) in Baking & Pastry Arts—21 months

If you already have a bachelor's degree or you're changing careers, the college's proven associate degree program may be the best complement to your current skills.

Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts Management—38 months

If you're coming directly out of high school or have had some experience working in baking and pastry before college, going for the power of the bachelor's degree makes a lot of sense for you.

  • Broad range of liberal arts and management courses
  • Curricula that gives you the skills to analyze and understand the complex food world
