As a baking & pastry arts student at The Culinary Institute of America, you'll receive an amazingly well-rounded education that will prepare you to meet the challenges of a demanding industry. Choose from two baking & pastry degree programs:
If you already have a bachelor's degree or you're changing careers, the college's proven associate degree program may be the best complement to your current skills.
If you're coming directly out of high school or have had some experience working in baking and pastry before college, going for the power of the bachelor's degree makes a lot of sense for you.
Enjoy starting salaries about 10% higher than AOS students on average, and prepare yourself for management positions (CIA Career Services Survey, 12/2009).
Access management tracks at leading companies like Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Aramark, Four Seasons, Sodexo, and Nordstrom.
