Hey there! My name is Allicia Vallozzi and I am 20 years old from Pewaukee, WI. I recently completed my associate degree and am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree of professional studies in Culinary Arts Management.

When I was 14 I received my first restaurant job, and I have been hooked ever since. Coming to the CIA has been an amazing beginning to my future in the hospitality industry. This school has given me the opportunity to extern at Tabla, an incredible restaurant in New York City. Also, I just recently returned from a food and wine seminar in Italy as part of the bachelor's curriculum.

Other than the incredible opportunities at The Culinary Institute of America, this school has opened my eyes to the different areas of the hospitality industry. These include a variety of professions ranging from food writing to hotel management and much more. Coming to the CIA has truly been one of the best decisions I have made.
