Hi, my name is Alexandra, I am 18 years old and from Granite Bay, California. I am currently in my second year at the Culinary Institute of America, studying Culinary Arts. I have had a passion for food and cooking for as long as I can remember, and it was an obvious choice for me to attend culinary school after I graduated from high school. I looked around a little bit at different schools, and fell in love with the CIA. After visiting the campus one summer, I knew there was not any place I would rather be. While I was a bit wary to go to school on the opposite side of the country, I made the move and I know now it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
