    The CIA offers contracted, hands-on custom programming for groups of 10 or more that is designed to meet the professional development needs of the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. Our team will work with yours to create program curricula tailored to your specific needs and goals. In addition, the CIA is the home of the prestigious ProChef® Certification Program for foodservice professionals, the only program for chefs that validates specific skills at progressive career levels.

    Wine Programs

    There’s nothing quite like studying wine in the Napa Valley. When you add the CIA’s talented wine faculty and exceptional Rudd Center facilities, you’ve got a learning experience that will advance the way you think about wine and your career. Students may choose from the college’s Accelerated Wine and Beverage Certificate Program or an extensive selection of Professional Wine Studies courses. These programs will build your command of the wines of the world.
