Our three U.S. campuses—in New York, California, and Texas—are perfect for food lovers.   • Professional Programs

    The CIA offers a portfolio of advanced courses for the culinary professional that covers culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, personnel management, and financial administration. In addition, the CIA is the home of the prestigious ProChef® Certification Program for foodservice professionals, the only program for chefs that validates specific skills at progressive career levels. Professionals may also study independently using the college’s extraordinary collection of training materials and textbooks.

    Wine Programs

    There’s nothing quite like studying wine in the Napa Valley. When you add the CIA’s talented wine faculty and exceptional Rudd Center facilities, you’ve got a learning experience that will advance the way you think about wine and your career. Students may choose from the college’s Accelerated Wine and Beverage Certificate Program or an extensive selection of Professional Wine Studies courses. These programs will build your command of the wines of the world.
